The 2011 Motor Trader awards proved to be a successful night for Honda dealers, as they went on to scoop a number of awards across several categories.
Lauren Cross from Lancaster won the ‘Service Adviser of the Year' award, while Brayley Honda was recognised for a number of highly commended mentions including ‘Customer Care' at its Grays, Essex, operation.
Crown Honda won the prestigious ‘Most Improved Dealership of the Year' award, for its site in North London.
Managing Director of Honda UK, Dave Hodgetts, had this to say: "Congratulations to Lauren and all at Crown Honda and Brayley Honda. Their achievements rightly recognise the hard work that has been put in this year, and illustrate just how vital an excellent dealership experience is in generating satisfied customers who will return time and time again."
Crown Honda’s accolade was backed up by impressive judge’s comments: "Low morale, stagnant sales and poor aftersales performance were all issues Crown's management had to tackle quickly. With everyone pulling together, from 2008 the parts sales climbed 44 per cent, bodyshop work increased and new car sales went from 89 per cent of target to 157 per cent."
