With car insurance prices at an all-time high for younger drivers, Peugeot is extending its 'Just Add Fuel' scheme to cover drivers aged 21 and above.

Fewer young people are driving cars - young driver car ownership fell 12% between 2010 and 2011 - and Peugeot has decided to tap into this market by offering younger drivers a package which includes comprehensive car insurance when they buy a new Peugeot.

Peugeot calls 'Just Add Fuel' a "simple car ownership solution" which provides insurance, tax, servicing, roadside assistance and a warranty for three years with a single monthly payment.
Peugeot's Director of Sales Neil Moscrop said, "Just Add Fuel means that drivers can manage their motoring budget easily for a period of three years, the monthly cost is set and covers every aspect of car ownership, so fuel is the only element to add."

Of course, the 'Just Add Fuel' offer will be of little use to younger drivers on tight budgets as it necessitates the purchase of a brand new car. However, younger drivers looking to buy a new car may be tempted by the package.

The price of the 'Just Add Fuel' package is dependent on three major factors: the car chosen, the owner's postcode and the age of the car's youngest driver.
