Orders for the new Audi Q2 compact SUV are now open | New Release - Car News Aug 2016

The brand new Audi Q2 compact SUV is available to order now, priced from £22,380 OTR.

There will be a range of different SE, Sport and S Line options available from launch but the Entry-level three-cylinder 1.0 TFSI will not be available until later this year, starting at £20,230 OTR.

The range-topping Edition #1 model will be available to order from September 2016, and will be priced from £31,170.

The interior styling is similar to that of the new A3, with the Audi virtual cockpit (large screen display pictured) behind the steering wheel and the familiar pop up infotainment screen.

Standard equipment highlights include Audi's progressive steering, smartphone interface, and pre-sense (Audi's pre-collisison restraint system) with pedestrian recognition. The Q2 also boasts 16” alloy wheels and LED lights front and rear (on S line models).

The engines available at launch include a 150PS 1.4 TFSI, and a 115PS 1.6 TDI, both with manual or S tronic transmission options.

A more powerful 2.0 TDI 150PS with optional Quattro all wheel drive will be available from September.
