Mitsubishi have announced an extension to their successful scrappage incentive scheme until the 27th March.

The scheme is available to customers trading a vehicle registered prior to January 2010, with increased scrappage allowances set against the purchase price of a new Mitsubishi.

Under the extended scheme, the seven-seat Mitsubishi Outlander diesel now comes with an increased scrappage allowance of £5,000.  For customers choosing the ultra-low emission PHEV version there is a £4,000 scrappage allowance which, when combined with the Government Plug-in Car Grant of £2,500, offers a total saving of £6,500.

The Mitsubishi ASX compact SUV carries a £3,000 scrappage allowance, with the low-emission Mirage supermini comes with a saving of £2,000 under the scheme.

All Mitsubishi models on the scrappage scheme are available with an exclusive 5.9% APR Representative PCP finance offer.

Full information on the Mitsubishi scrappage scheme can be obtained at participating retailers.
