Chrysler is attempting to demonstrate its commitment to customer satisfaction by joining the government-backed Motor Codes survey.

The scheme is designed to monitor customer satisfaction by inviting customers to complete a short survey following servicing or repairs to their car. A 'satisfaction score' is then calculated and will appear on Chrysler's Motor Codes profile page, helping inform potential buyers of the quality of Chrysler dealers before they purchase.

Chrysler seem already to be doing well, with a 94% indicated overall satisfaction rating. However, Metin Tahsin, relationship manager to Chrysler UK has guaranteed that Chrysler is not resting on its laurels, commenting: "We still have much work to do as we strive to raise our standards even higher."
