A Ferrari 328 GTS owned by Chris Evans has sold for £34,750.

When we told you about Evans's Ferrari last week, we said that it was predicted to sell for between £32,000 and £36,000, so it seems that the Ferrari put in a good show.

Also sold at Barons' sale was one of the final Jaguar E-Types -- an S3 V12 Roadster from 1975 -- which sold for £36,000.

A 1995 Sebring Red Bentley Continental R sold for £28,000 and a fully-restored 1961 Chrysler 300G sold for £20,730.

It wasn't just cars on sale either -- a telephone bidder paid £20,720 for the registration plate 'Top 10'.
