UTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Roadside (Garages) Limited from JOHN LAW .. CANT RECOMMEND THIS GUY HIGHLY ENOUGH A* CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I picked up my new Kia Sportage last week . I ordered it back in July with John. He spent a long time with me answering all my questions and showing me all the options to ensure I knew all that was available to me . Showing all the different specs and colours once I had finally made my choice on the model. John gave me a realistic time frame on how long the car would take to come in but ensured me he would stay in contact and keep me updated. I got the wonderful phone call one Saturday to say he had gotten word that my car was on its way, that it should be with him within the next two weeks but that once it was with him he'd be in contact again. John then called when it arrived and we arranged a collection day that suited us both. On collection it was so easy, John was prepared with all my paperwork ready to sign and keys to hand over. He made sure there was petrol in the car and talked me through all the buttons and gadgets of my new wheels. Again nothing was a bother and I felt like I was getting 100% of his attention . First class service from start to finish. Thank you again for going above and beyond John. Your a true credit to the team and company. 😁🚗

My husband and I love the KIA motors, they are all very well finished off and eye catching on the road. An amazing choice of vibrant colours to choose from. So....here I am again 😆 back to my favourite one...The Stonic, after having had the Carens, the Stonic, the XCeed S/Ed and now the Stonic Quantum. Great mileage to the gallon, style, comfort, cruise control, sat nav, you even get your bum heated in winter with the heated seats and the hands with the heated steering, great deals, need I go on... the car just says it all really! You all know its good at Roadside Garages Coleraine...go on, give them a visit, I promise you it'll be worth it. 😁🚗🚙 We, wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!!

This was my first time dealing with Roadside garages I was interested in going electric for my next car Roadside was the only garage who offered me a full electric vehicle for the weekend to try out A year later I called in to Roadside and spoke to Mark and said I might be interested in a used ev6 but I wanted a specific model and it had to be red Mark said that was a good choice of colour as the Kia red was the Man United shade of red but I had to put him straight and inform him there is only one great team in red Liverpool I think Ian agreed with me on that one as well Mark rang me 2 weeks later to tell me that he had sourced one and I called in and done the deal without even seeing the car I was probably poked Mark 😁😁😁 but seriously I can highly recommend Roadside for their help and if your back up is as good as your sales set up it should be a trouble free journey with my first Kia Thanks Mark for your help maybe some day you will see sense and realise that the Liverpool red is the way to go 😂😂 Many thanks Charlie

I've now been a customer since December 2020. These guys know how to look after you. There's always a smile and a joke from all of the sales team. The service team can't do enough for you. I'm not in that much other than to take my car for service or if I have a mechanical issue, and yet they still know me by name and what car I drive. A courtesy car is always available too when I leave mine in. Really can't fault this team at Roadside 😁
