Efficient Car purchase
Definitely not your stereotypical used car dealers. There is no hard sell tactics, just a friendly welcome with someone on hand to answer your questions. Then, if you choose to buy, they make the purchase very easy. In my case, I purchased a car that was exactly what I wanted. All the paperwork and arrangements were done by their very efficient administrator, all I had to do was drive the car home. Thank you to Martin, Karen and Jeff at Country Cars, Barford.

Highly Recommend Country Cars! From initial call to collection of new car they were a pleasure to deal with. Was refreshing to have knowledgeable and honest discussions about the car and its history. Buying was a simple but detailed process that included them highlighting any issues and or marks/trims etc that need sorting before delivery. All clearly documented so you knew exactly what they wee going to do. During the PDI time they kept in touch with updates and count down to collection. I would certainly buy another car from them.

Great team, found my BMW by chance and happens to be the best spec for the lowest price. All cars at this dealership look better than what you may find elsewhere such as better alloys or better optional extras in general. Great Service and Geat car
Saw details on a Audi A5 that had just arrived with photos to follow, i phoned to get some details on car and martin was very helpful and sent me a video of the car inside and out, from this put a deposit down. Following day went to see car, everything Martin told me about the was exactly right. Took the car for a drive and was very happy with car. Martin sorted out all the paperwork, v5 / Tax / payment and i drove the car away 30 minutes later.

Excellent communication from my first contact. Totally honest about the condition of the Smart car. P/X valuation very fair. Drove 130 miles to see the car, couldn’t fault the welcome I received from Karen. I was left alone to check the car over( no hard sell), test drove the car on my own. Deal done there and then and drove new car 130 miles back home. So far well worth the trip.

Quality cars and great service
Bought a Mazda MX5 from County Cars, excellent service. The drivers seat was worn on the right hand back support but the garage did an excellent job of getting it repaired, looks like a new seat. I had read previous reviews and this helped me choose this garage. First long drive yesterday and car was lovely with the top down. No pushy salespeople, just dealt with Karen who was helpful throughout the purchase. Great service!
