I recently bought a car from Auto Infusion and couldn't be happier with the experience. Right from the start, the team stood out for their warm hospitality and professionalism.

They managed to make the whole process smooth and stress-free, blending a personal touch with modern technology to avoid any unnecessary red tape, especially around the finance side. Everything was explained clearly, with no pressure or confusing jargon — I genuinely felt looked after from beginning to end.

The car itself is top quality for a fair price — well-presented, spotless, and clearly carefully selected. You can tell they truly care about offering great vehicles, not just making sales.

I could have spent a little less elsewhere, but the confidence I had in their after-sales support made all the difference. Absolutely thrilled with my experience purchasing a car here! Even though I had to travel nearly two hours to view the vehicle, the team went above and beyond to keep everything transparent and honest. Halfway through my journey, I was contacted and made aware of a minor issue - some dashboard codes had appeared after a motorway test drive. The car had been road-tested previously with no issues, but after a longer drive, the tyre pressure monitoring sensors triggered.

There was also a small chip in the windscreen that hadn’t been spotted earlier, but the team handled it on the spot and got it repaired while I waited. Although the car was advertised with CarPlay and it turned out not to be installed, Mo immediately took responsibility and agreed to cover the cost of the installation at a Lexus dealership, along with the tyre sensor issue.

The car itself is in immaculate condition, drives beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Mo and his team were professional, kind, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. The best experience when buying my car
I recently bought my misibushi eclipse cross from Auto infusion and the whole process was faultless. From initial contact, to collecting my new car I was treated in such a friendly, relaxed manner, and at no point did I feel under pressure to buy, which is rare when buying a car. Every person at the garage was super friendly and helpful. I believe it is family run and has been established for a long time. Before shopping for my car I did a lot of research, and I can honestly say Auto infusion truly deserves all the previous reviews and praise. My car was excellent value when I compared it with other garages, and my part exchange price on my old car was very fair. Shahid was so genuinely helpful and easy to talk to and his extensive knowledge really helped me when choosing between two cars. What I really appreciated was the fact he didn’t push me towards the more expensive car out of the two. He seemed to care that I had the best car to suit my requirements. Honestly this guy has just the best laid back manner whilst at the same time being very knowledgeable and professional as are the rest of his team. Based in the Hull area I was buying a work van from Bristol without test driving it or checking it over personally. From start to finish, Auto Infusion LTD’s customer service was outstanding. When we arrived to view the vehicle advertised on AutoTrader we were greeted within seconds of stepping on the forecourt. The vehicle itself was exactly as described and when we had questions the team were more than happy to spend time with us to answer/walk us through the vehicle etc. we made an offer there and then and agreed to pick the vehicle up 4days later. We collectively agreed the vehicle would be put through a fresh service and it would be valeted. The comminication from the Team was superb and I was kept up to date with activities. On the day of collection I T arrived at the garage to another warm welcome and was walked through all of the paperwork and works carried out before making my final payment. They even went above my expectations by providing a new spare tyre/tool kit at no extra cost.

I can see why Auto Infusion LTD has such a positive reputation.
