Toyota has revealed details of the attractions it will be bringing to the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The Japanese manufacturer will provide a number of attractions at the popular Goodwood Festival of Speed event.

Jonny Miller, who won two British Rally Championships in a Toyota Corolla WRC, will be driving a supercharged Toyota Sprint Series Celica in the hillclimb event. With around 800bhp at his disposal, Miller has high hopes of posting the fastest time up the Goodwood hill.

The hillclimb will also see three-time Grand Prix winner Thierry Boutsen reunited with the Toyota GT One sportscar he drove in the 1999 Le Mans 24 Hour race.

Toyota's latest racing car will also be taking part in the hillclimb event in the form of Frank Wrathall and his Dynojet Racing Toyota Avensis, the car in which he competes in this years Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.

With the Festival of Speed featuring a forest stage, Toyota will be represented in force by rallying greats of past and present, including the V8 Land Cruiser which Jun Mitsuhashi and Alain Geuhennec drove to a class win in this years Dakar Rally. Joining the Land Cruiser will be 1980s Group B Toyota Celica rally cars piloted by former World Rally Champions Juha Kankunnen and Bjorn Waldegard.

Toyota will use the event to run in public for the first time the Lexus LFA supercar with its Nurburgring package.  This package will be available on just 50 of the 500 LFA supercars produced, and its engine, bodywork and suspension tweaks will see power from the 4.8-litre V10 jump to 562bhp, and a 0-62mph time of just 3.7 seconds.

In the Toyota pavilion at the event will be the Yaris hybrid concept car, making its first UK public appearance ahead of the launch of the Japanese manufacturers' next-generation hybrid supermini scheduled to go on sale in 2012. Also on display in the pavilion will be a Toyota iQ racing concept from Gazoo Racing, and an MR2-based hybrid racer.

Toyota will be using cut-away and chassis exhibits to give festival visitors a better idea of how its Auris Hybrid, and Prius-based plug-in hybrid works. The new Lexus CT200h Full Hybrid will be on show in the Technology Pavilion.

The 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed will take place from 30th June to 3rd July.
