An almost as-new MG ZR will go under the hammer at an auction in Warwickshire next month.

The 2005 example was SORN and put into shorage shortly after purchase by its one and only owner, and as a result has a genuine 759 miles on the clock.

The 3 door, 1.4-litre time-warp model is expected to fetch between £5,000-£7,000 when it forms part of Classic Car Auctions’ next sale at Warwickshire Exhibition Centre on 23rd September.

“This car is simply stunning in every respect!” enthused CCA’s Simon Langsdale.

“Low mileage modern classics are extremely popular these days, and I very much doubt there’s another one in this condition and with this mileage out there.”

The MG ZR is so with all its original booklets and SORN Certificates, as well as old MoTs from its short time on the road.
