S-Class Coupe prices revealed | New Release - Car News Jul 2014

Mercedes-Benz have confirmed the pricing structure for its new S-Class Coupe range, which will go on UK sale from September.

At launch there will be two models available – the £124,715 Mercedes-Benz S 63 AMG Coupe powered by a 5.5-litre, eight-cylinder power unit generating 585bhp, and the top-of-the-range S 65 AMG Coupe which comes with a monstrous 6.0-litre, twelve-cylinder engine producing 630bhp, and which carries a price tag of £183,065.
Joining these two models from early next year will be the Mercedes-Benz S 500 Coupe AMG Line. This will come in at £96,595, and will have a 455bhp, 4.7-litre, four-cylinder power plant.
All come with Active Parking Assist and reversing camera, panoramic roof, a 12.3-inch TFT display, Magic Vision Control system, COMAND Online and a choice of nine metallic paint options.
The S 63 AMG Coupé gains a Seat Comfort Package, Magic Body Control system, and a Burmester surround sound system with 13 high-performance speakers. Meanwhile, the S 65 AMG Coupé adds a Head-up display, a TV Tuner, a 360-degree camera, and infrared Night View Assist.
Even the entry-level S 500 model can be tooled-up with the addition of the £4,995 Premium Package. This will add 20-inch alloy wheels, illuminated door sills, the Seat Comfort Pack, Keyless-Go Package, Burmester sound system, climatised seats, a 360-degree camera and the Air Balance anti-pollutant system.
Other packages include the AMG Exterior Carbon-fibre Package for £5,000, which adds carbon-fibre enhancement to the exterior, and the £765 AMG Night Package which adds the AMG sports exhaust system and high-gloss black highlights.
Optional extras include the Panoramic roof with Magic Sky Control for £4,030, refrigerated compartment in the rear at £1,130, and red-painted brake calipers for £620 available on all except the S 500 model.
