Refreshed Peugeot 308 on way | New Release - Car News Jun 2017

An updated Peugeot 308 range has been revealed, and is due to hit UK roads from this September.

The latest Peugeot 308 will include new infotainment and safety systems, a range of more efficient engines, new trim, colours, and revised styling.

Connectivity is boosted by new 9.7-inch capacitive touchscreen, which provides access to the dual zone climate control, 3D Connected Navigation with TomTom Live updates, Mirrolink, Apple CarPlay, and Android. Auto functionality, allowing the smartphone integration.

The revised 308 and 308 SW now include intelligent Speed Limit Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control with stop functionality, and Active Blind Spot Monitoring System.

Engine options include an upgraded three-cylinder PureTech petrol engine, and an all-new 1.5-litre BlueHDi 130 S&S diesel engine. All power plants are Euro 6 emissions compliant. A 2.0-litre BlueHDi 180 Stop&Start engine is also available with an all-new eight-speed automatic transmission.

Inside are new seat fabrics for Active and Allure trim levels, and PEUGEOT’s i-Cockpit layout with trademark compact steering wheel. Allure, GT Line, and GT versions gain a panoramic fixed cielo glass roof.

Revised external styling includes rear ‘Claw Effect' lights as standard, and reshaped front and rear bumpers.

The 308 GTi by Peugeot Sport model is available two-tone Magnetic Blue and Black Perla Nera.

The New Peugeot 308 and 308 SW will be available to order this summer with the first deliveries in September.
