Provisional dates are out for the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival in 2015 | Motorshow - Car News Oct 2014

The Goodwood Festival of Speed and Revival is always keenly awaited; next year’s event will run from 25th to 28th June.

The Festival is an annual hill climb featuring historic motor racing vehicles held in the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex; the event is scheduled to avoid clashing with theFormula One season, enabling fans to see F1 machines as well as cars and motorbikes from motor racing history climb the hill. In the early years of the Festival, tens of thousands attended over the weekend; it currently attracts crowds of around 100,000 on each of the three days it is now held. A record crowd of 158,000 attended in 2003.

2015 will mark the 18th episode of the Goodwood Revival which showcases the world’s best in motor sport history and vintage culture; it will run from 11th to 13th September.

General sale for tickets will begin on 6th November and all dates remain provisional for the time being. Ticket information is available from www.goodwood.com or via the Goodwood Ticket Office on 01243 755055.
