Peugeot has added two new models to its 308 line-up, the 308 GT Line and the 308 Sportium.
The Peugeot 308 GT Line is available in both hatchback and SW estate body styles and is pitched as a sportier model in the 308 line-up. Fitting into the range between the existing Allure and GT models, the 308 GT Line gets 18-inch ‘Diamant’ alloy wheels, twin exhausts, tinted rear side windows and a black lacquered rear diffuser.
Inside, the new model gets half-alcantara sports seats with red stitching, a ‘GT style’ leather steering wheel, again with red stitching and ‘GT style’ carpet mats. Aluminium pedals and door sills are also included.
The GT Line trim replaces the existing Feline model and will be priced from £21,345.
Also joining the 308 line-up is the Sportium, which is positioned between the Access and Active trim levels. Powered by Peugeot’s 1.2-litre PureTech three-cylinder petrol engine, the Sportium will be available in 110bhp and 130bhp outputs, with CO2 emissions as low as 105g/km.
In addition to the kit already included on Access model, the Sportium also gets 16-inch ‘Diamond’ alloys, driver’s lumbar support, rear parking sensors, a leather steering wheel and gearstick, plus automatic lights and wipers.
Prices for the new Sportium will start from £17,345.
