Dacia has introduced a range-topping special edition model to its Sandero line-up.
The Dacia Sandero Midnight is available to order now priced from £9,345, and builds on the existing Laureate trim level. The special edition Midnight adds 15-inch Aquilla alloy wheels, Slate Grey metallic finish, and gloss black door mirror and B-pillar trims. On the inside are gloss black door handles, centre console trim, and steering wheel. The ‘Comfort Pack’ upgrades this to a leather steering wheel and adds electric windows.
These items are in addition to the standard equipment featured in the Laureate trim level, which already includes air conditioning, electric front windows, cruise control, speed limiter, trip computer, Bluetooth connectivity, four-speaker radio/CD player and electronic stability/traction control. The Dacia Sandero Midnight can also be specified with a variety of optional extras including rear parking sensors, Dark Carbon leather upholstery, and a 7-inch touch-screen multimedia and sat nav system.
The Dacia Sandero Midnight comes with a choice of petrol or diesel power. A 0.9-litre TCe 90 petrol engine returns a combined 56.5mpg, doing 0-60mph in 11.1 seconds and a top speed of 109mph, while the 1.5-litre dCi 90 diesel engine achieves 74.3mpg, 0-60mph in 12.1 seconds, has a top speed of 107mph, and with CO2emissions of just 99g/km falls into the lowest road tax band.
All new Sandero Midnight models come with Dacia’s 3-year/60,000-mile warranty with roadside assistance.
