MG Motor UK has announced a new discount scheme for current and former services personnel.

A partnership with Forces Cars Direct sees the cost of a new MG discounted for either serving or retired personnel of the armed forces, police, prison service, fire and rescue services, NHS, and education sector.

The special rates will apply across the MG range, including the MG3 supermini and MG GS SUV, on vehicles ordered through the Forces Car Direct or Motor Source Group websites.

Announcing the deal with Forces Cars Direct MD Steve Thornton, MG’s Sales and Markerting boss Matthew Cheyne said: “We are obviously delighted to develop this initiative and make our affordable range accessible to both current and veteran forces personnel.  Our dealer network already has very strong links into their communities, and is looking forward to spreading the Forces Cars Direct message too.”
