We can reveal the first strong and stylish image of Infiniti’s improvement on the Q30, due to debut at the Geneva International Motor Show next month.

The latest offering gives an indication of the company’s commitment to producing a premium compact crossover in the near future and to staking a serious claim in this segment of the market.

The mission of Infiniti designers has been to mix the smooth shape and lines of a coupe with the more dominant stance of a crossover. The latest image suggests they have hit the nail on the head and we look forward to bringing you a more detailed report during the Geneva International Motor Show where Infiniti will bare all.

Carbon fibre panels and aluminium sections will bring a lightweight boost to performance and 21 inch wheels will emphasise the QX30’s presence on the road.

“We wanted the spontaneous fluidity of the QX30 Concept design to cut through the urban clutter and rigidity, reflecting its go-anywhere and spur-of-the-moment nature,” said Alfonso Albaisa, Infiniti Executive Design Director.“

The QX30 Concept has been designed to make occupants feel safe and protected inside, and customers can drive in or out of the city without worrying about nicks to the chromework.”
