Toyota has launched a new, high-spec addition to its Aygo city car range.
Called the Aygo Go!, most of the differences in the new model are found inside the cabin, where the Japanese manufacturer is making a big thing of its extensive multimedia package.
There is a detachable TomTom SatNav with touch screen operation and a voice recognition feature. The TomTom also has bluetooth and a USB port for connecting your iPod. The Aygo Go!'s audio system also has an MP3 disc compatible CD player. The navigation screen gives a bird's eye view of your route, and also displays music playlist and details. The 4.3-inch screen also shows SMS text messages, and has a speech-to-text facility.
A leather trimmed steering wheel tops off the internal features that set the Go! apart from the rest of the Aygo range.
The Aygo Go! does have some differences on the outside too. It features new design alloy wheels, dark-tinted rear privacy glass, and new paint colour options.
The Aygo Go! is powered by Toyota's efficient 1.0-litre VVT-I petrol engine, mated to a choice of manual or multimode gearbox.
Available now, the Aygo Go! comes in 3 or 5-door body styles, with prices starting at £9,750 for the 3-door manual.
