How many owners has the car had?
When HPI provides data about previous owners, they use their wording literally – the number shown will reflect past owners of the vehicle and does not include the present owner in this figure. So a vehicle shown by HPI to have 0 previous owners will have had none previous to its current owner.
Has car been in any accidents?
Each vehicle comes with an HPI report which is displayed within our listing, this report proves that the car does not have any excess finance, has not been previously declared as written off, is not on the police register as stolen and is correctly registered in the UK.
What is a VAT Qualifying car?
The VAT Status of the car relates to the VAT content shown on the invoice. This does not effect the cost of the car at auction or BIN. Business and trade buyers as well as those exporting the car will need to know if the car is VAT Qualifying.
How accurate is your CAP information?
CAP maintains a database of equipment options, and technical specifications for the vehicles. All of our listings contain this information including engine and performance data. Every care has been taken in compiling these details; however, due to model, year and option variances this information can only provide a guide and does not form part of the 'as described' guarantee.
Is there a warranty?
Most of the cars listed will still have Manufacturer's warranties still in place. Please check the individual car. If this is not clear and you would like further explanation, please do contact our customer support team and we’ll be pleased to help.
Please tell me of any damage
Our listings are as thorough as we can make them, and please do read through all the details posted on the site carefully, as most possible questions about the condition of the cars etc is covered somewhere on the page and actually within the inspection / damage report.

Do you have a quote for repairs?
All cars are sold ‘as seen’, so any additional extras would have to be added after the sale. Please contact your local dealer to give you a quote on fitting any additions.
