Whether you are at one of our handover centres to view a car, or collect your winning vehicle, Carsite are here to help.
Simple Collection
Inspect
As part of our ‘As described’ satisfaction guarantee prior to full payment you can fully inspect your vehicle against the RAC inspections (where provided within the listing)
Collect
After you are happy with your inspection and full payment has been made, you will be given your Carsite winners folder with all your documentation prepared for you.
Drive
You will then be able drive your new car home, with your optional free 7 days insurance cover note in place.

Great Viewings
Inspect
Each car listing has a tab to arrange a viewing, where you have an exclusive time with the vehicle of your choice. You will also receive full map and directions once your viewing time has been confirmed.
Secure
Computers are available at the Handover Centre should you wish to login to secure the vehicle you have viewed.
