- The owners of this vehicle do not reveal their reserves; we can tell you however that they do set the reserves at wholesale prices bringing you massive savings on normal forecourt prices.
- Can you add a BIN to a listing?
- Please visit our ‘virtual showroom’ www.carsite.co.uk where you can see vehicles listed with BINs which can be removed from sale immediately.
Just a £75 handling fee, will ensure your vehicle is prepared ready for your collection. Should the vehicle not be as described, then our ‘no-quibble guarantee’ will ensure your £75 is returned, and you do not have to complete the purchase.
- Do you take part exchange?

- What is 'Reserve Now'?
- 'Reserve Now' is the most direct way to buy fleet cars online. This is when the car has just arrived and is in the process of being prepared for trade sale. At this stage you have the exclusive opportunity to remove this car from trade sale with a £75 holding fee. These cars are in PREVIEW - giving you even more choice at the time when the dealers normally buy them!
Remove the middle-man dealer profits by Reserving your choice car before the trade purchase it!
The RAC will then independently inspect the car for you.
You only pay for the car once you are satisfied with the 100% 'as described' guarantee.
- What is 'Secure Now'?
- For a limited time only, you have the opportunity to purchase this car at a wholesale price, ahead of the dealer. Once you hit ‘Secure now’ and remove the car for just £75 holding fee, we will enlist the RAC to independently inspect it and provide you with a full report. You will only be required to pay the purchase price if you're satisfied with the 100% ‘as described’ guarantee.
- What happens when I've paid £75 to Reserve this car and remove it immediately from sale?
- You'll instantly get access to your unique Buyers Buddy and the RAC will be instructed to perform a full 1 hour inspection on your vehicle, including ramped mechanical inspection and test drive. This report will be completed within your listing along with c. 20 photos within the date specified within your Buyers Buddy.
You will then be given a whole day to be able to review the report within your listing and confirm your preferred handover date.
Should you notify us, for any reason, that you do not wish to proceed with the purchase within that time, we will fully refund your £75 Handling Fee without quibble.
- What method of payment can I use?
- Payment takes place in two steps.
Once you are the winning bidder, just £75.00 Handling Fee secures the car for you which can be paid either by PayPal or with a credit card (online or by contacting Customer Support) within 12 hours of winning an auction (PayPal may take up to 3 working days to process).
The winning bid amount is only payable once you have inspected the vehicle and are satisfied that it is 'as described'. This can be paid via electronic transfer or by a Bankers Draft (we do not accept Building Society cheques). Credit Cards or cash are not accepted for the winning bid amount, only the £75.00 Handling Fee.
If you decide to “Buy It Now”, we require an immediate online Handling Fee payment of just £75.00 which secures the car for you and removes the car from sale.
The BIN price of the car is only payable once you have inspected the vehicle and are satisfied that it is ‘as described’. This can be paid via electronic transfer or by a Bankers Draft (we do not accept Building Society cheques). Credit Cards or cash are not accepted for the BIN price, only the £75.00 Handling Fee .
- Is the car under manufacturers warranty?
- Most of the cars listed will still have Manufacturer's warranties still in place. Please check the individual car. If this is not clear and you would like further explanation, please do contact our customer support team and we’ll be pleased to help.
- Does the car have history?
- Carsite always select cars which have history, no record of major accidents, no outstanding finance and are not on insurance or police registers.
- Where is the car located?
- The vehicles are kept in a secure site; please refer to the location stated at the top of each listing. Should you wish to view the car once you have made a bid, you can arrange a viewing, alternatively, should you be the winning bidder or BIN - you will receive full maps and a route finder to assist you
- What are the benefits of arranging finance

- Each vehicle comes with an HPI report which is displayed within our listing, this report proves that the car does not have any excess finance, has not been previously declared as written off, is not on the police register as stolen and is correctly registered in the UK.
