Carsite is looking to recruit Handover Agents for two of their handover centres at Thurleigh (6 miles north of Beford), and their Bruntinghthorpe site (4 miles south of Leicester).

Job specification:

• Tracking cars through various stages of preparation, before data is posted onto the Carsite Listings / Website.
• Creating Vehicle write-ups to add 'that personal touch' to each vehicle listing.
• Post Sale: When the vehicle is sold the agent will contact the buyer to arrange a date for collection, ensuring funds are or will be cleared, insurance is arranged and checking the car over to ensure the Carsite high standard.
• The Handover Agent is responsible for a vehicle from arrival to collection/delivery, and ensuring customer support is of such a high standard, as to win positive feedbacks.

Essential Requirements

• This position requires male or female Handover Agents with car sales experience.
• Some product knowledge necessary, but mainly the ability to deal with customers confidently is essential.
• You will need to be an excellent communicator with a track record in a retail environment.
• You will be required to be IT literate and have a keen interest in cars and people.
